About the CEO

I’ve lived the journey that many athletes and families are trying to navigate.

As a World Cup athlete and former Division I soccer player, I understand the discipline, pressure, and sacrifice required to perform at the highest levels—while still managing school, expectations, and life off the field. Competing globally taught me how preparation, mindset, and resilience translate far beyond sport.

Off the field, I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with professional experience helping individuals and organizations make smart, sustainable decisions. That business and financial background allows me to bring structure, clarity, and long-term thinking to conversations that students, athletes and families often feel unprepared for.

Now, I help athletes and families navigate the challenges of performance, growth, and life beyond sports.

My work sits at the intersection of performance, mindset, and life planning. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Instead, I focus on helping athletes and families build systems that support both excellence in sport and success beyond it—academically, professionally, and personally.

Whether I’m working one-on-one with athletes, advising parents, or partnering with organizations, my goal is the same: to help people develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose that lasts long after the final whistle.

This isn’t just about creating better athletes.

It’s about building well-rounded, prepared, and empowered people.

- Courtney Dike, CPA

My Approach

My work centers on a core framework (the pillars of performance, mindset, money, and transition) delivered through global-ready services: keynotes, coaching, institutional consulting, and digital content. Whether you’re an athlete, parent, school, or organization, I tailor the approach to your goals — but the foundation is always the same: transforming potential into sustainable impact.

A Vision in Action

I inspire, educate, and equip athletes, parents, and institutions to achieve success in sports and in life.

Integrity. Excellence. Empowerment. Accessibility. Legacy.

I do what I say, even when nobody’s watching and I expect high standards in everything I deliver. I want my clients to become autonomous, confident and capable leaders in their own lives. I believe that even those with limited means deserve access to elite-level lessons.

I’m not just building a business; I’m building a platform that can support future generations of athletes and leaders.

A Deeper Dive

My story begins in Oklahoma, where I balanced academics, elite training, and family expectations on my way to representing Nigeria at the World Cup. Along the way, I learned that true success isn’t just about performance — it’s about resilience, balance, and preparation for life after sports. That’s the mission behind everything I do.

I recognized early that athletic skill alone isn’t enough. That’s why I pursued degrees in accounting and became a CPA. The intersection of high-level sport and business intelligence is the space where I thrive, and it’s the heart of why I launched this company.

My Journey on the Field & Beyond

  • In 2014, I represented Nigeria at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Canada. During that tournament, I scored the fastest goal in U-20 Women’s World Cup history — just 13 seconds into a match vs. Korea DPR.

  • Later, in 2015, I played in the FIFA Women’s World Cup, becoming the first native Oklahoman to ever appear at the Women’s World Cup when I came on as a substitute against Australia.

  • At Oklahoma State University, I competed as a student-athlete while studying accounting, earning multiple honors on the field and academically.

  • On the professional side, I have deep experience in accounting, business leadership, and translating financial acumen into real-life strategies.

These dual paths — in sport and business — shaped my belief: athletes need more than training and tactics. They need support in mindset, finances, and life transitions.
